I have decided that should take hearst castle packages with my mates but my one friend said that should try to explore out Tokyo. We all are confused that what we do in this situation?

If you have to select one from both as Tokyo or hearst castle packages. So i will prefer Tokyo to have some fun there. It will let you feel so good and will be able to see lots of places as well. So just go for it and this will be so much stunning time for you to be there. But overall, both of these places are so good.

UYeah would love to agree with you Avila, and will love to suggest to go around the Tokoyo to have such an amazing time and around that great sights. It will surely remains much anew travel experience for you and you will surely able to learn new things there a lot.
