It sounds like she's been hurt deeply, and no one deserves to be treated like that in a relationship. If she has made this decision after thinking it through and feels it's the best way to protect her peace and well-being, then I support her. Sometimes walking away is the strongest thing someone can do. I just hope she has the support she needs to move forward.
