That’s really thoughtful of you to help her pack bag, I will say pack the basics like comfortable clothes, a raincoat or umbrella (since Niagara Falls can get misty), good walking shoes, a water bottle, and some snacks. Maybe a camera or phone charger too. I would skip heavy things or anything too fancy, she’ll want to stay light and comfortable. And yes, I do have some travel plans coming up soon, can’t wait! It’s always nice to explore new places, especially with good company.

I agree with you, and you suggested well. Now I will insist  her to go alone on this tour. I will help her to pack her travel bag. So, suggest here which things I should pack in her bag and which things to skip. By the way, I am pleased to think that he can change after enjoying a tour. And, do you have plan to enjoy the tour?

This is a world where you can't stay with an innocent face, and everyone is having a double face. Do recommend your colleague be mature and go outside because they should not depend on others and be independent. Do recommend her to take this trip without you, and I am so sure this will give her/confidence.

My colleague is not clever, and she is always far from other's fights. She did not ever went alone outside. But now she plans to enjoy the niagara falls tours (https://www.goldenbustours.com/niagara-falls-bus-tour-packages/) at the end of this month. Also insisting me to join her, but I am busy these days. By the way, have you ever enjoyed any trip with your colleagues?
