I also live in New York, and it is a vibrant city, and I like it. I explored all the attractions and enjoyed the best time there. But dear, I have never stayed at a hotel. But last time my cousin came to New York City, and he stayed there, and he did not stay at home. He enjoyed this tour with a group, and he shared it with me.

When I visited NYC, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. I really liked this hotel and enjoyed all the services that you mentioned. I liked their staff's behavior that solved issues on time and cared about their customers' comfort.
